Deciduous trees, to 10 m high; bark smooth, greenish-grey. Leaves broadly elliptic or orbicular, base cuneate or rounded, acuminate, undulate, scabrous above, tomentose beneath when mature. Flowers yellowish-white, in compact, compound cymes; male flowers usually in unilateral racemes. Fruit a drupe ellipsoid, yellow, 1-seeded. |
