Description of Species Trees, to 25 m high; bark smooth, grey; branches slender, brownish, glabrous. Leaves ovate-lanceolate, caudate acuminate, serrate in the upper half; petioles 4-6 mm long. Flowers pale yellowish-green, in axillary cymes; female flowers long stalked. Perianth segments 4, elliptic, pubescent outside, frigned with woolly hairs on margins. Stamens 4. Ovary on hairy disc, glabrous; style arms stout, 2. Drupes globose, orange-red when ripe. Leaf Details Leaves ovate-lanceolate, caudate acuminate, serrate in the upper half; petioles 4-6 mm long.
