Description of Species Large slender climbers with angular branches, young parts grey – pubescent. Leaves 3 – foliate, petioled; leaflets usually, shortly stalked; terminal usually elliptic or obovate, apex acute, coarsely crenate or dentate; stipules oblong; tendrils opposite the leaves, slender, wiry, often branched. Flowers greenish – white, umbellately cymes, often longer than leaves; 4 – merous. Petals 4, distinct. Styles conspicuous. Berries globose, black, 2 – 4 seeded; seeds trigonous, rugose.
