Deciduous, slender, woody climbers, upto 5. Leaf compound; leaflets 12 – 18 pairs, sub-sessile, oblong, obtuse, mucronate, glabrescent above, appressed hairy beneath. flowers pale white, tinged with pink, in leaf bearing, axillary, peduncled, 2.5 – 7 cm long bearing, axillary, racemes, usually shorter than leaves. calyx sparsely pubescent, teeth short. corolla 3 – 4 times as long as calyx,vexillum ovate, wing falcate fruit a pod, thick, hard, oblong, 6 seeded.
